I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review. The beginning of the book was a bit confusing and hard to get into. The reasoning was hard to pinpoint. However when I read more, I found the story progressed well for a historical romance. There were moments of passion which helped spice things up a bit, but still felt like the story was a bit predictable.
I love historical books and this one looked really good and had a pretty cover. However after I began reading I got confused at the beginning and for some reason just couldn't get into the book. I did not finish the book at this time.
