Book Review: A Leap of Faith (Mail Order Brides Book 8) - Annie Boone

Synopsis:

Gillian comes from privilege and wealth. She's also bored and lonely. She's looking for purpose and acceptance. She's willing to trade her cushy life in New York for the unknown hardships in the frontier of California. What she gets is sadness, heartbreak, and loss. How will she cope? Marcus isn't the kind of man a New York socialite would normally fall for. He's a handsome ranch owner, but he has no manners and he doesn't know how to treat a lady. Showing emotions or talking about his feelings is not something he's willing to do until a tragedy changes everything. Will a terrible event draw these two together or will it be the thing that pulls them apart for good? A Leap of Faith is the eighth in a series of Mail Order Brides short stories from Annie Boone. Annie writes clean, Christian romance.

My Thoughts:

A Leap of Faith is a clean sweet romance. It tells the story of a woman that is from money that becomes a mail order bride in the west to a man that has no manners and has no clue how to be the man a woman needs.

The book is a quick read with likable characters that find happiness while going through the typical relationship struggles, hardships and heartaches. I like the writing style of the author with the unique plots and very few if any mistakes (spelling errors, etc) in the book.

If you are looking for a short sweet romance, then this is a book/series that you would probably enjoy.
