Book: Thanksgiving in Clover Springs (Clover Springs Mail Order Brides Book 7)

Author: Rachel Wesson

My Rating: ★★★★★

Synopsis:

Little Beaver, while happy with his lot as deputy sheriff in Clover Springs, wants what his friends have—a wife and children. But his heart is stuck on Asha, a woman who lives on the reservation and her father refuses to allow Little Beaver court her. Tragically, through no fault of her own, Asha is thrown off of the reservation and left to survive in the wilds. Heartbroken, Little Beaver vows revenge. His friends tell him he will destroy everything he has worked so hard to achieve, and rather than saving the woman he loves, he may place her in further jeopardy. Will Asha and Little Beaver find true happiness or has the magic of Clover Springs run out?

My Thoughts:

Thanksgiving in Clover Springs continues the journey of the characters that we have come to think of as family. The characters are well developed with a strong story line that is exciting. Even though this is part of a series, the story line is fresh and mingles characters from previous books so you feel like the story continues where it left off. The plot moves along at a good pace. This is a sweet and touching story that will captivate you and keep your attention from the beginning to the end.

Rachel Wesson is one of my favorite authors. I know that when I pick up one of her books that I will be getting an enjoyable and pleasant book. Every book in the Clover Springs series has been fantastic and this book is no exception. I recommend this book to anyone who enjoys a heartwarming western historical romance. This book is part of a series however it can be read truly as a stand-a-lone. If you are looking for a good series than Clover Springs is a great place to start.
